MSA 10127061 V-GARD® HEADGEAR FOR GENERAL PURPOSE

V-Gard® Headgear can be used for face protection when head protection is not required. V-Gard Headgear is available in two versions: General Purpose and Elevated Temperature (Extended). V-Gard Headgear are designed and approved for use with V-Gard Visors.DO NOT use V-Gard Headgear with V-Gard Arc Visors tested to ASTM F2178-2008 Test Method (ref. NFPA 70E-2012, Hazard Risk Category). These visors are designated for use with speci!ed V-Gard Frames and MSA helmet ONLY as face protection for workers exposed to high voltage electric arcs. V-Gard Headgear has not been tested or certified to the Test Method, and should not be used for this type of Arc Flash protection.
