?Using the latest load cell technology, this Phase II 900-359 Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester with CCD Camera and Touch Screen makes it easy to test the hardness of samples. The tester performs the entire test cycle automatically and the CCD camera and built-in touch screen provide a clear view of the results.
Features
- Utilizes a Load Cell driven system for accurate control over the test force application
- Closed-loop control unit uses a load cell, a DC motor and an electronic measurement and control unit to apply the test load, which captures accurate measurements up to 0.5%
- Select the test load with the LCD screen and a keyboard
- Performs the entire test cycle automatically covering sample elevation, major load application, dwell time and unloading
- CCD camera and built-in touch screen deliver a clear view of the test and results
- Measurement software single and batch testing mode, tolerance setting with an alarm, selectable statistic values and test result conversion
- Automatic saving of test results and indentation images
- Great for laboratories, workshops, tool rooms, inspection labs and more
