Our classic MR-1/2's are now available in a more environment friendly form with powder coating, an alternative to electroplating.  Powder Coating allows the tool to be beatified and protected from oxidization, but without the hazardous materials and air pollution associated with electroplating.  This exterior change has no bearing on the inner workings of the product, thus the same level of quality customers have come to expect from Seekonk Precision Tools can be expected in this exciting new variant.  Seekonk Manufacturing is proud to offer one of our most popular products in this new powder coated form, and we are looking forward to offering more of our products powder coated in the future.

Seekonk "L" handle slip type torque tools extend fool proof versatility into a convenient "low profile" configuration. As with our other slip type tools, over torquing is impossible even with continued turning. Minimum head diameter design allows access into hard to reach areas. The unmatched performance and endurance exhibited by these tools are made possible by internal components produced on Seekonk's state of the art CNC machining centers. Both the advanced design and production of these and all other Seekonk products are controlled by our ISO 9001 quality system.

Tools are pre-set at the factory to your requirements. Under normal use, yearly calibration is sufficient, however; routine calibration checks on a Seekonk Analog or PDTS electronic torque analyzer would be considered prudent. Standard accuracy +/- 4%.

NOTE: MR-1 & 2 also available in direct drive, Lock-up mode, or as torques left, ratchet right configuration on special order. MR-3 direct drive.
