Hioki 3159-02 Description

With this Hioki 3159-02 Insulation/Withstanding Tester, you can continually test your electronic devices and components. The tester is designed to measure insulation resistance at 500 or 1,000 V as well as withstand voltage at up to 500 VA in sequence.
