?Utilizing innovative closed-loop technology, this Phase II 900-358 Digital Motorized Brinell Hardness Tester with Auto Z-Axis produces highly accurate Brinell hardness measurements. The test cycle, load application, holding and unloading processes are completely automatic to help reduce the chance of operator influence and improve reproducibility of the results.
Features
- Utilizes a Load Cell driven system for accurate control over the test force application
- Closed-loop control unit features a load cell, a DC motor and an electronic measurement and control unit to apply the test load, which results in accurate measurements up to 0.5%
- Use the LCD screen and a keyboard to select the test load
- fully automatic test cycles, load application, holding and unloading to ensure reliable results and improve reproducibility
- LCD screen displays selectable dwell times, as well as indenter, load and other test information
- 20x optical microscope makes it easy to measure the diameter of the Brinell indentation
- Brinell Hardness Calculator (BHC) provides quick and easy hardness value calculation
