Palmgren" 9" x 16" horizontal band saw is built to deliver fast, accurate cutting on all types of materials. Heavy duty rigid steel and cast iron construction of the saw head and base provides full blade support eliminating vibration and deflection. Designed with the operator in mind the saw comes standard with rapid acting vise, conveniently located swing away control panel, variable speed and easily accessible coolant system.

• Variable speed drive for fast easy speed changes and longer blade life
• Rapid acting vise adjustable for miter cut
• Adjustable tungsten carbide and precision ball bearing blade guides allow for close positioning of the guides to the material being cut for square accurate cuts
• Cast iron adjustable guide arms
• Heavy duty transmission utilizes hardened and ground gears operating in an oil bath providing a smooth, quiet drive train and positive surface feet per minute to the blade
• Swing away control panel gives the operator a more convenient and safer way to operate the saw
• Dual counter balanced feed system utilizing both spring and hydraulic cylinder to insure smooth consistent feed pressure on the blade; this combination allows for accurate cutting of solids, shapes and thin walled tubing
